Nice comfortable grip
Fine grip, I have other sets with the lights but needed a lightless set for my practice poi. They work fine, very pleased.

They need to write a better description
These are for the inserts not the capsules. I was unaware there was a difference. They didn't make make it clear in the description, and they don't sell the ones for capsules by themselves.
