I was able to get it my neighbor saw it and told my roommate that he had it before I had gotten to talk to him. Now unfortunately while playing around with them my ultra knob broke the charger port. Please tell me that there is something yall can do since I've only had them a week

I purchased the Vortex Sock Poi but it wasn’t for me. I inquired on how to return & they responded very fast. They do charge a restocking fee but returned my $$ within about a week of receiving product back. I think ill order the Ultra Ball Contact Poi instead. That’s more for me.

They are amazing and have great weight to them the colors are awesome !
