I purchased the Vortex Sock Poi but it wasn’t for me. I inquired on how to return & they responded very fast. They do charge a restocking fee but returned my $$ within about a week of receiving product back. I think ill order the Ultra Ball Contact Poi instead. That’s more for me.

They are amazing and have great weight to them the colors are awesome !
