•What’s in the package: 6 x Dot XL Pro LED Chips, 6 x Custom 3D printed ends, 3 x 5/8" Carbon Shaft Staff with Padded Grip Tape.
•A Staff is a long rod that is spun similar to baton twirling, but with a longer staff which is twirled or "spun" around the body utilizing arm and wrist movements. These staves are typically lightweight in nature in order to build up momentum and speed for faster moves and tosses.

•Double Staff is a long weighted rod that is used as a type of object manipulation, similar to contact juggling. Using Double Staffs is meant to work using both hands at the same time to create balanced patterns. Instead of spinning the staff with just your hands, parts of your body such as your neck, shoulders, forearms, elbows, chest, back, and legs are used to control and manipulate the staff.

Not great still waiting on my package. So you send me a survey before I even received my package. As much as ultra poi products cost, you would definitely think they would use better shipping methods. If I were asked to recommend this product strictly on their shipping practices, I would say no.

Great dragon staff

Love it. Just remember to get some non permanent locktite helps keep the heads from coming loose. Little bit of issues with the grip staying flat but over all a great piece

Wonderful staff! Well balanced and lightweight. Grip is comfortable and holds nicely during contact flow. Lights offer a decent selection of colour options and are easy operate. Overall, completely satisfied with the staff and it goes very nicely with my set of Ultra Poi
