Can’t turn off ultra knob
I’m having a lot of difficulty turning off the ultra knob. I press and hold and it turns off, but then a second later it turns back on automatically. I’ve read the manual. I don’t know what I’m doing wrong. To turn it off I have to cycle through all the states 12 times or so until I get to the off position. It’s so cumbersome that I don’t like turning them on… I have tried to reach out to support through the chat on the website but no one got back to me.
